I am writing to apply for a position as a Cook / Cook-Confectioner in your restaurant.

My name is Maxim Tolkachev, I am 23 years old, and I have completed professional training as a Cook-Confectioner. Over the past several years, I have gained practical experience in different hospitality and restaurant environments, including work as a cook, sushi cook, café cook, cook in an Italian-style kitchen, and restaurant floor manager. This experience has given me not only strong kitchen skills, but also a good understanding of restaurant operations and teamwork.

I have worked in both hot and cold kitchen sections, prepared European breakfasts, and cooked dishes from European, Italian, Russian, and Japanese cuisine. I also have experience with mise en place, stock receiving, inventory control, banquet preparation, and working according to recipes, kitchen standards, hygiene, and food quality requirements.

I am currently looking for a long-term opportunity to work and grow professionally in Germany, especially in Wiesbaden, Mainz-Kastel, or Frankfurt am Main. I am ready to relocate and I am looking for an employer who is open to hiring international candidates and, if possible, can support me with the work visa process. I would also greatly appreciate any assistance with finding accommodation or temporary housing at the beginning of my relocation.
