You will be responsible for the following
- Prospecting for new businesses to develop relationships through sending proposal at Upwork
- Building and maintaining a database with potentially interested prospects and following up on future business opportunities
- Tracking and reporting on account activity
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team
- Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients
Requirements
- Speaking fluent on English & Russian
- Minimum of 1 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Leads Generation Specialist
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Goal focused
- Proactive with strong work ethics
- Passion about enterprise SaaS, finance, and real estate
- Willing to put in the work with emails, messages etc to source potential customers
- An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
- Unafraid of rejection
- Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
